All KiteCo Creates products are digital downloads and are non-returnable.
Due to the nature of digital files, refunds are not offered once a download has been accepted
A refund may be issued if a duplicate purchase of the same product is made in error.
In this case, please contact us with your order details so we can verify and assist.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
