Terms and conditions of sale

These terms apply when you purchase a digital product from KiteCoCreates. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Digital products
KiteCoCreates sells downloadable digital sewing patterns. No physical product will be supplied or shipped.
Each product listing states what is included with the purchase. This may include PDF instructions, pattern pieces, SVG files, A0 files or projector files.
KiteCoCreates may change its product range and prices at any time. Changes will not affect completed orders.
Prices and payment
Unless otherwise stated, base prices are in New Zealand dollars. Currency conversions displayed on the website may be approximate. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees.
We accept secure payments through Stripe, including Link where available, PayPal, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. Available payment options may change from time to time.
Payment information is processed by the selected payment provider. KiteCoCreates does not see or store your complete credit-card details.
Digital delivery
Purchased files are made available after successful payment via email and your KiteCoCreates account.
You are responsible for providing the correct email address when placing your order.
If you have difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us so we can provide access to the files.
Cancellations and refunds
Digital products are supplied immediately after payment. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once access to the purchased files has been provided.
If KiteCoCreates is unable to supply the digital product purchased, your payment will be refunded. Refunds will otherwise only be provided where required by applicable consumer law.
Copyright and licence
All KiteCoCreates patterns, instructions, photographs, illustrations and downloadable files are protected by copyright.
Your purchase provides a licence for use by the purchaser only. You may not copy, share, reproduce, resell or redistribute the pattern or any part of the digital files.
Finished items made from a KiteCoCreates pattern may be sold where permitted by the licence included with that pattern. The pattern or digital files must not be reproduced or supplied with a finished item.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other consumer law that applies to your purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the country where you live.
